Artemia Flake is one of the significant products derived from Artemia. Given that the production of Artemia biomass or cysts in earthen ponds is done extensively and in very large quantities, a portion of the production is dried into thin sheets and then marketed as Artemia flakes for specific purposes. Artemia Flake has high nutritional value, containing approximately 60% protein and 10% fat.
